I actually slept fairly well, waking around 4:30 and just sat there full of gratitude for about an hour. Had my carbo breakfast of raisin bran, bagels, OJ, Acellerade, and a powerbar. A good shot of 80-100 grams of carbs.
It is cool, about 60 degrees and sunny. There are no winds yet, but later they are expected to pick up in the afternoon. Looking ahead at the weather, we are in for a windy Sunday with sustained winds blowing from the southwest from 18-22mph.
Not sure what else to say except I an very antsy waiting for the CHP escorted 9am start. Pleas feel free to text me at 925-580-9388, it my get very boring out there. My next post will be in 6 hours if all goes well.
